Zita's experience with the IPS Employment Team
“You’ve really prepared me for work. Your professionalism, kindness, and sharing your own experiences really helped.
Now look where I’m at – it’s been such a positive step back towards work. I would recommend this to anyone. Without your support and the hope of getting a job, I wouldn’t have continued with my recovery.”
The IPS Model
Individual Placement and Support (IPS) offers intensive, individually tailored support to help people to choose and find the right job, with ongoing support for the employer and employee to help ensure the person thrives in their new role.
It is based on eight evidence-based principles, and compared with traditional support, it is proven that on average, people receiving IPS keep their jobs longer, earn more, and spend less time in treatment.
