Mental Health Support

Anyone from any background can experience problems with their mental health

Much like physical health, everyone has mental health. Mental health problems affect around one in four of us each year.

We provide reliable support from experienced professionals when facing depression, anxieties, relationship issues, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. The community services we provide are free and based in your local area.

I'm worried I'll be judged for seeking support

Mental health problems might be more common than you think. One in four people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England*. Many people who work in our services have lived experience of mental health challenges and will treat you with empathy and understanding.
Whether you’d feel most comfortable on your own, in a group, supported by peers or anonymously, there are services available to you and your wishes respected.
