Discover the right support for you
Everyone who refers themselves for help will receive a screening assessment. This is normally 30-40 minutes and can take place over the telephone or face-to-face. After this screening assessment the clinician will discuss with you which options they feel would best meet your needs.
You can also attend workshops, delivered by qualified therapists, where attendees can get more information about common mental health problems and the techniques to help manage these. Workshops cover topics including Wellbeing At Work, Positive Body Image, Combatting Low Mood, and Living with Chronic Pain. Visit the below websites to find out more.
