Find support in your local community

As someone who cares, you may benefit from some practical or therapeutic support, advice or even respite care yourself so that you are in the best place to continue to be there for them.

Use the locations map to find your nearest support.

If someone you support needs urgent help

If someone tells you they are feeling suicidal, you or they should contact a GP or NHS 111.

They can also contact the Samaritans straight away by calling 116 123 (UK) for free at any time.
