What is Know Your Ket?
Know Your Ket is a campaign designed to raise awareness of the rise in ketamine use and promote ways to stay safe to 18 - 30 year olds.
In Lincolnshire, 72% of people accessing support for ketamine use are aged 18 – 30. In North East Lincolnshire the figure is 83%. And the number of people starting treatment has increased 41% in the last 18 months alone.
The Know Your Ket campaign aims to provide young people, adults, parents, carers and professionals with factual information about:
- What ketamine is and how it affects the body and mind
- The harms associated with its use and early warning signs of the effects that ketamine can have on both physical and mental health
- Harm reduction advice
- How and where to access support and treatment services
If ketamine’s affecting your life, we’re here to help.

Ketamine Use in Lincolnshire Research
Working with Social Change, we conducted research with young adults across Lincolnshire to explore ketamine use, awareness of risks and access to support. The findings highlighted the need for greater education around ketamine-related harms and have directly informed the development of the Know Your Ket campaign.
