Who We Are
Support for young people - free, confidential advice
We support young people and their families to deal with the challenges they face around drugs, alcohol and associated issues.
We can answer your questions and give you harm reduction information to enable you to have a better understanding of the risks, how to stay safe, and make the right choices for you.

How we can support you
Whether you want to cut down, quit, gain control, or just to learn more about the risks and effects of taking drugs and alcohol our knowledgeable and friendly team are here to help.

We’re here to give you 1‑1 support wherever works best for you, offering a safe space to chat about what’s going on and trustworthy info and advice about drugs and alcohol. We can also help you get in touch with any other services you might need, and we run workshops in local schools and colleges to support young people just like you.
