For 60 years people have relied on Turning Point to support them to improve their own lives. Often they’ve come at a point when their life felt out of control or they didn’t know where else to turn.

For some that was a sense they were becoming too reliant on alcohol in their life, for others it was needing to develop the skills and personal resources to navigate challenges with their mental health. Every person is equally important. Find out what support is available to you, whether that’s online, over the phone, or one to one through the network of our local community services.

"From the moment I spoke to Turning Point my life began to change. I was assigned a support worker called Lauren who was amazing. By her using a person-centred approach, I finally felt listened to and understood. My confidence began to grow, and I was learning to become more sociable without having to use any substances. I had a great sense of control and freedom back."
