Supporting people in their homes, within the workplace or through specialist services, we’re inspired by possibility.
Our vision and values continue to drive everything we do – as an employer, support provider, and trusted source of advice. Quality of service means everything to us and is evidenced by our CQC ratings.
About our approach
Who do we work with?
Largely commissioned by local authority adult social care and public health teams and the NHS, as well as by the public sector. We also work closely with the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities, the Ministry of Justice and the Department for Work and Pensions.
What impact does Turning Point make?
Our team of over 5,400 colleagues, peer mentors and volunteers, operates from over 270 sites in England and supports over 171,000 people. 96% of our regulated services were rated Good or Outstanding by CQC.
In what ways do we innovate?
Embracing innovation means we can find new ways to support more people. From offering people at risk of liver disease a FibroScan, delivering support programmes for people living with personality disorders through a psychology and peer recovery worker partnership, and supporting technology-enabled homes for people with learning disabilities, are all examples of putting research into practice.
