Turning Point staff can help you to say what you want. They will listen and work to support you in a way that suits you.

Personal action plans are made with you to keep you healthy.

Eating well, taking regular exercise and being safe in a sexual relationship are important.

Having regular check-ups and taking any medications are also important.

Where you live

We want you to be safe where you live.

You could live at home on your own with some support or live with others in a shared home with support.

We want to help you to be independent if you want to be.

You will only visit hospital when you are ill.

We always listen to what you have to say. Our staff work together with you to understand what you need.

Our services have different ways to make sure your voice is heard.

You can tell us what you like and don’t like about how you are being supported. What you say can make a difference for you and others.
