Young Southwark Sexual Health

We’re Young Southwark Sexual Health (YSSH), a sexual health service for young people between the ages of 14 to 25 in the London Borough of Southwark.

Who We Are

Welcome to Young Southwark Sexual Health

We’re Young Southwark Sexual Health (YSSH), a sexual health service for young people between the ages of 14 to 25 in the London Borough of Southwark. We’re here to support young people with their sexual and reproductive health. We provide non-judgemental support and help you to feel confident in your own journey regarding your sexual health and relationships.

We work with young people in schools, universities, youth clubs and in the community to offer drop-in services, promotional event stalls and brief interventions around sexual health, relationships and reproductive health for young people. Our workshops consist of a standard RSE curriculum that includes a wide selection of topics in accordance with government guidelines. This ranges from sessions on healthy relationships and contraception, to consent and online safety.

We work to support young people in minimising risks, partnering with Sexual Health London to provide easy access to STI kits for a swift and easy treatment process.

To refer yourself to our service, send us an email via [email protected] and we'll contact you on ways we can support you with relationships and your sexual health.

Our person-centred approach to supporting you

Need to test for STIs?

You can order a free STI home testing kit from Sexual Health London who will send it in discreet packaging to your chosen address. This means you can collect your samples in a space you are familiar and comfortable with, at a time that works best for you.

Once you’ve got all your samples, you simply pop them back in the box and post it back to them for free, where they will run tests in their lab to confirm your results.
