Who We Are

A lot of people try drinking and think about trying drugs at some point. While it’s common to experiment, that doesn’t mean it’s safe. Our service offers free and confidential support to you as a young person in your teens or early twenties to keep you safe and well.

Our service offers you a safe, confidential and non-judgemental place to talk about drugs and alcohol. We support you to look at the changes you want to make. Whether it’s to cut down, quit, gain control, or just to learn more about the risks and effects of taking drugs and alcohol.

We work across the whole of Bath & North East Somerset. We will come and see you, at a time and location to suit you.

We understand that everyone's journey is unique and seeking help for drug and alcohol support can be daunting.

Our team is made up of caring, trained professionals who are ready to listen and empower you to make positive changes.

How can we support you?

Detoxification and Rehabilitation

If you need to access drug and alcohol detoxification (detox) or rehabilitation (rehab) as part of your plan, the focus will be on improving physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing so your long-term recovery can be achieved.

We can either support you to access this whilst living at home or in a residential detox/rehab facility.

You will be supported to manage your withdrawal symptoms and will be supported to make positive changes in your everyday life.

Confidential & Non-Judgemental 1-1 Support

You have the space to talk things through, openly and honestly, in a safe and supportive environment. We're here to listen to you and not judge.

Outreach

Whether it's your home, school, or local community centre, we can meet you where you feel most comfortable so you feel supported every step of the way.

Support to other services

Our goal is to make sure you find the support that fits you best, so our team will guide you in accessing additional support from other services if you need it.

Hidden Harm

We not only support you with concerns about your own relationship with alcohol or drugs but also anyone who is struggling to deal with the impact of another person’s substance use, such as a parent, sibling, or any significant person in your life.

Preventing Overdose

To help reduce drug-related deaths we provide free overdose response Naloxone kits to people at risk of an opioid overdose, their family and friends, and members of the public who could help prevent an overdose.

Naloxone is a medication that can quickly reverse the effects of an opioid overdose, including those related to heroin, methadone, morphine, buprenorphine, codeine and synthetic opioids, like nitazenes and fentanyl. Order yourself a kit through our Naloxone Click & Deliver service and help save lives.
