Who We Are

Introduction about the service

We're Young Hounslow Sexual Health (YHSH), a sexual health service for young people up to 24 years old in the London Borough of Hounslow. We provide non-judgemental support and help you to feel confident in yourself, sexual health, and relationships.

We work with young people through settings such as schools, colleges and community groups, as well as act as an outlet for the pan-London C-Card (Come Correct) scheme, which provides free condoms to all young people registered on the scheme. We also work with SH24 to provide test kits to educate and reduce chlamydia and gonnorhea transmissions.

To refer yourself to our service, send us an email via [email protected] and we'll contact you on ways we can support you with relationships and your sexual health.

Have you got a C-Card?
The Come Correct (C-Card) scheme gives you access to free condoms at a variety of different locations in Hounslow such as pharmacies, sexual health clinics, youth clubs. Did you know, that if you're registered to the C-Card scheme, you can even pick up free condoms from us? That's right!

One to One Conversations

Young people are exactly that - young people. Beginning the adventure into navigating feelings, relationships, expressing opinions, and exploring the world. We treat our young people how we'd treat anybody; with respect, no judgement, ready to provide support.

Relationship and Sex Education

We work in a range of settings across the borough supporting young people, providing relationship and sex education (RSE) to those who need it.

Our content follows that of the Government’s RSE Programme Curriculum and all our practitioners have qualified with a Level 4 RSE accreditation via the ACET Esteem Network and hold an Enhanced DBS checked.

STI Testing

You can also get a free STI testing kit from your local sexual health clinic, or online for free from SH24 who will deliver it to your chosen address, meaning you can collect your samples at a time that suits you, in a space of your choice. You can order your FREE STI kit from SH24 by visiting their website

A Safe Space

One of the most important things is that the Young Hounslow Sexual Health service is first and foremost a safe space. We provide advice on relationships and sexual health, but can also help if you need support, and get you the right help if needed.

C-Card

The C-Card (Come Correct) is a pan-London scheme that offers free condoms to those registered to their service. You can register in person with us, or online at www.comecorrect.org.uk
