Who We Are

We offer a wide range of information, advice, and support to help you live your best life and achieve your dreams. We understand that living with a learning disability or autism can be challenging, and that's why we're dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space where you can feel supported and empowered.

Support just for you

We believe in the power of personal choice and resilience, and we're here to help you make positive changes at your own pace. We offer personalised support tailored to meet your unique needs and preferences. Whether you're looking for guidance on education or employment, seeking help with daily living skills, or simply want to connect with others who understand what you're going through, we're here for you. Our self-referral section makes it easy to access the support you need, and our team is always ready to answer any questions you may have.

How We Support You

1-2-1 Support

Our 1-1 support sessions offer a wide variety of support for individuals with a Learning Disability or Autism. Please contact us to find out if 1-1 support is suitable for you.

Weekly Workshop

Our Wellbeing and Community Navigators run a range of workshops throughout the week at our Leamington, Stratford-upon-Avon, Nuneaton and Rugby venues. See what is on below.

Drop-in services

Drop in to any of our venues during the week to chat with one of our navigators about your health and wellbeing.

Monday: 12:00pm - 14:00pm at Tyler House, Tyler Street, Stratford upon Avon CV37 6TY

Wednesday: 10:00pm - 12pm at The Sydni Centre, Cottage Square, Leamington Spa CV31 1PT

Wednesday: 10:00pm - 12pm at The Benn Partnership, Railway Terrace, Rugby, CV21 3HR

Thursday: 10:00pm - 12pm at Newtown Community Centre, Newtown Road, Nuneaton, CV11 3HG

Travel Training

As part of your 1-1 sessions, we can support you to learn how to travel independently by walking, bus, or train, with confidence

Volunteering

We are currently looking for volunteers to help us run our weekly workshops! Build your CV in a fun and supportive environment with us.

Employment Support

Ask your employment coach for support at Leamington Job Centre Plus to book a 1-1 with Mike and find the perfect role for you!

Meet the Team

Nicola Hopkins

Nicki became the Wellbeing Team Manager in 2024 and has worked for Turning Point for over 20 years in various roles. Nicki enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dogs and chocolate.

Jade Willis

Jade has transferred over to Turning Point from her previous employer at ISS. She runs a Weekly Community and Social Hub for people we support and drop in sessions throughout the week at Newtown Community Centre.

Jade Moore

Jade works with us Wednesday – Friday each week, including in our Weekly Community and Social Hub at Newtown Community Centre. She’s also available to offer information, advice, and guidance on her days in the office Wednesday & Thursday 9am – 3pm.

Maria Buchanan

Maria is our new North Warwickshire Wellbeing and Community Navigator, she has previously completed a lot of work to help individuals holistically through movement, independent massage, getting in touch with nature, and meditation/relaxation. Maria also runs a weekly Mindfulness and relaxation group.

Charlotte Jack

Charlotte is our Wellbeing and Community Navigator for Rugby. She runs the new Social Club Workshop focussing on making friends and community connection. Also a weekly drop-in session at The Benn Partnership for advice and guidance.

Chris Kinzola

Chris is one of our Wellbeing and Community Navigators. He covers the Stratford upon Avon area and some of the remote areas in the South of Warwickshire. Chris runs 2 group workshops in Stratford, as well as his weekly drop-in session for information, guidance and advice.
