Who We Are

If you are under the age of 25, youth teams in Suffolk can support you with your drug and alcohol use. We work across the county seeing young people wherever it suits them – this means we can come to you to ensure you are getting the help and support you need. We offer a completely free and confidential service and are here to support you – whatever the issue.

If you want to make changes, whether it’s to cut down, quit, gain control, or just to learn more about the risks and effects of taking drugs and alcohol we’re here to advise and guide. We're here to provide support in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

No matter what you need or where your head is at, we are here to support you.

We understand that every situation is unique, so there's no judgement, only a safe space to talk; in an environment where you feel most comfortable.

How We Support You
