Who We Are

We're a safe and non-judgemental place to talk about drugs and alcohol. We offer a range of support for anyone up to the age of 21, to help keep you safe and well in your teens and twenties.

A lot of people try drinking and think about trying drugs at some point. While it’s common to experiment, that doesn’t mean it’s safe. We can chat to you about your alcohol and other drug use, what are you using, how much and how often, offering free and confidential support.

Seeking advice for drugs and alcohol can be daunting, but you don't have to face anything alone.

Our team is made up of caring, trained professionals who are ready to listen and empower you to make positive changes.
