Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland

Turning Point Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland provide Neighbourhood Community Mental Health Cafe's located in Leicester City, Market Harborough, Hinckley and Loughborough.

Who We Are

If you’re aged 18 or over and struggling with your mental health, the Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafés are here to help.

Our trained and supportive staff will listen, offer emotional support, and help you make plans to feel safer. We’ll also explain who you can turn to for help within your local community.

How We Support You

Everyone is different, so we offer a choice of ways you can receive support. You can decide what feels right for you.

For example, you may want:

  • A safe and relaxing space where you can be yourself and take part in gentle activities
  • One‑to‑one support with a team member to explore coping strategies and ways to manage your mental health
  • Practical advice and information about other services that may be helpful for longer‑term support

24/7 support is also available by phone. Call NHS 111 and select option 2 for mental health. This service is free, confidential, and available at any time.
