Organisations are increasingly recognising the proactive role they can play in helping their employees to manage stress and feel able to thrive in their jobs.
In turn, this can reduce absence, increase engagement, and retain staff. Having an expert on staff dedicated to this isn’t always possible, so Rightsteps provides dedicated mental health support for your people.
We're caring people supporting thoughtful employers
We truly care about the health and wellbeing of the people who work for us, and for those individuals in organisations we work with. That’s why we want to work with people who think like we do, and who triumph through caring for one another within the workplace.
Because we’re a social enterprise, working with us gives you a unique and powerful way to show your commitment to your corporate social responsibility.
Not only will you be investing in the wellbeing of your own people, you’ll also be able to demonstrate a social return.
How can Rightsteps support organisations?
Rightsteps Wellbeing. An online self-serve mental health and wellbeing platform that provides your employees with 24/7 on demand access to evidence-based support. It helps people to proactively address issues that could be affecting their work, including stress, anxiety and low mood as well as developing their mental health and wider wellbeing knowledge.
Rightsteps Self-Assessment. Rightsteps Self-Assessment is an online mental health self-assessment tool which allows an individual employee to self-assess their mental health and wellbeing needs and be signposted to the right support within your organisation, first time. Our online tool is accessible to all your employees, 24/7, on any device.
Rightsteps Therapy. A one-hour telephone or video call appointment following online self-assessment or telephone assessment for those employees who require further treatment. It is carried out by one of our fully qualified therapists and is a more detailed exploration of the issues the individual is facing. From this session the therapist can determine what would be the next best support to meet the individual’s needs.
Mental Health First Aid Support. Clinical assurance in relation to the provision of Mental Health First Aid which will help reduce organisational risk in relation to mental health first aid and enable organisations to offer employee wellbeing provision safely and effectively, providing accessible and useful emotional support to individuals and groups.
Rightsteps Menopause CBT. An exclusive Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) solution for people experiencing symptoms of the menopause developed in collaboration with Professor Myra Hunter, Clinical Health Psychologist at King’s College London, and a world-renowned expert on menopause. Rightsteps Menopause CBT is offered either by phone or video with a therapist or via a self-guided online platform.
