Use our job search page to find the roles that match your skills and interests

  • You can filter roles by job title, location, salary, or date.
  • We usually have roles available for people with a variety of backgrounds.
  • Turning Point has many different career paths for people from different academic backgrounds. All you need is a desire to make a difference!
  • When a role appeals to you, click the title to look at the full job description.
  • If you’re interested in applying, click Apply Online.
  • You may be asked a screening question, to confirm you’ve the appropriate right-to-work document or qualification for the role you’re applying for.

Register

Register a new account or log in to make an application

You’ll have to create an account on our system to apply for a role, entering your full name, email address and creating a password. If you’re already registered, simply log in to your account to submit your application.

Fill in your personal details and upload your CV

If you don’t have a CV, you can use our profile builder to create one, which you can then download to upload! Once this is completed, there’ll be some questions to answer, and you're nearly done.

Some people first come to Turning Point as service users, then become peer mentors or volunteers. Others come to us as experienced professionals looking for a new challenge. We offer different learning paths, to fit all journeys.

Qualification Routes

After probation, you get access to our apprenticeships programmes, which can lead to further learning and development opportunities.

Care Certificate

The Care Certificate is an ‘on the job’ learning opportunity for those new to care. It can lead to a formal qualification and help you progress.

Foundation Programmes

This is a blended programme of E-Learning, workshops, and competence assessments, tailored to the area of work you’re involved in.

Apprentices

Combine practical training with your studies by working with experienced colleagues and earning a wage, alongside time to study.
