We’re committed to helping you maintain a healthy balance between work and home life. We aim to provide some flexibility in working hours, including the opportunity to job share where appropriate.
Generous annual leave entitlement
You’ll be entitled to between 27-30 days annual leave, depending on your grade. In addition to bank holidays, we grant 2 additional 'statutory' days.
Final salary pension scheme
All employees between the ages of 18 - 60 are eligible to join the scheme, providing you do so within the first 12 months of your employment.
Confidential Care
An independent, 24 hour confidential counselling service is open to all employees and their immediate family. The service is there to help you deal with a range of personal and work related problems.
Flexible benefits
In addition to the above we offer a salary sacrifice scheme that allows you to give up part of your salary at source (i.e. before tax and national insurance deduction) and use it to buy childcare vouchers or bikes for work through Turning Point – which means you pay less tax and national insurance.
