SPOT - Turning Point’s outcomes tool for people with a learning disability
We have recently developed SPOT (Support Planning Outcomes Tool) – a usable, effective and significant outcome measurement tool that is unique to Turning Point. SPOT is designed to help staff ensure that an individual’s needs, wishes, goals and progress can be documented and evidenced effectively right from the start. Click here to find out more about SPOT.
