The Bake Off was judged by Real Radio Presenters Elisa Hilton and Pete Egerton, alongside Sergeant Des White from the Wakefield Army Careers Office. The event not only raised £136 but was broadcast on Real Radio, raising the profile of the Rightsteps service which is open to veterans and their families and prioritizes veterans for treatment.

The winner of the Bake Off was Briony Hallas with a Pecan Pie, second prize went to Linsay Denton with Gingerbread Stars and third prize to Bev Firth Lewis and her Dark Chocolate Strawberry Cupcakes.

Deana Kirkby, Operations Manager at Rightsteps Wakefield said; "The day was a huge success and we were delighted to be able to support such an important cause. Our thanks to Real Radio and the Wakefield Army Careers Office for their help on the day."

All recipes from the Bake Off will be collated by Rightsteps Wakefield and will be available to buy with all proceeds going to Help for Heroes.
