Putting wellbeing first in Warwickshire

News item posted: 12 May 2016

As of the 1st July, Turning Point will be delivering a new health and wellbeing service for people with a learning disability in South Warwickshire.

Turning Point will work with local people to revamp the existing wellbeing service, which currently provides a range of support, including signposting, advice and information.

Fiona Ritchie OBE, Managing Director for Learning Disability at Turning Point said: ‘We’re thrilled to be extending the support we offer in Warwickshire by expanding the range of health and wellbeing activities available in the region.

'We will be providing tailored workshops, 1:1 health and wellbeing guidance and support to enable people with a learning disability to more easily navigate local services to take full advantage of the social, cultural, health and wellbeing activities available in the local community.’
