John Leech MP recently visited health and social care organisation Turning Point's Douglas House in Manchester to meet with staff and service users

The team at Douglas House supports individuals with enduring mental health issues in the Manchester area.

Chris Donohoe, Operations Manager at Turning Point's Douglas House, said;

"It was a pleasure to welcome John to Douglas House today to meet with our staff and service users and discuss the work we do. We are passionate about providing mental health services which meet the needs of the individual and it was a great opportunity to speak about this as well as the general provision of mental health services in Manchester."

John Leech, MP for Manchester, said;

"Visiting Douglas House was a wonderful opportunity to see the difference providing the right support can have. The tailored care and focus on long-term rehabilitation makes this service unique in its dedication to each individual as a separate person. It was particularly encouraging to hear the positive long term plans the house has. Its minibus application grant sounds like an excellent opportunity to extend its reach further in the community."
