Mental Health Community Services

We believe in providing mental health services that focus on the whole person, their wellbeing and recovery. Because everyone's different, the support we provide is always tailored to the individual challenges that you are facing - however complex they may be.

We know that by providing the right combination of joined-up services in the community, we can help you transform your life.

We provide the following:

Support for people with complex needs

Our services are dedicated to supporting people with complex needs. If you are recovering from mental health difficulties and other complex needs such as drug and alcohol misuse, tenancy issues, or financial problems, we can help.

We will visit you in your own home and work with you in your local community to develop a support package that will enable you to increase independence, learn new skills, take control and face the future with confidence.

Support for carers

We understand the hard work and emotional strain of caring for someone with mental and physical health issues. We give you the opportunity to take some valuable time out, while we take over the caring duties for anything from one to three hours.

We also provide creative and flexible support to those caring for people with early onset dementia. We give you the chance to take some time out, while we look after the person you care for, usually giving carers between one and two hours off during each visit. We can also change the duration and/or frequency of visits depending on your individual needs.
