Crisis Management

For many people, mental health problems are triggered by an incident or situation: a time of emotional stress such as relationship breakdown, housing or work issues. We provide fast, open-access mental health support, to guide you through these challenging times. We will help you resolve your crisis and develop coping strategies to prevent or manage future situations.

There are three elements to the crisis intervention service:

Short-stay Residential Service

Stays are available for 10 - 14 nights depending on location. Our facilities are comfortable and modern - providing instant access to the care and support you need. Together we can help you:

  • Address the triggers and cause of your crisis
  • Gain skills and coping strategies for the future
  • Rebuild relationships
  • Manage medication
  • Promote positive change.

One-to-one Support Service

Open to non-residents, we can offer individual support sessions over a two-week period, to help you resolve your mental health crisis.
