Outcomes

It can be difficult to measure our impact on people's lives, so we created SPOT (Support Planning Outcomes Tool). This unique tool shows how we're meeting people's needs, helping them fulfil their wishes and track their progress. It also forms our basis for measuring the sector's overall outcomes.
