How we work

We believe in working closely with commissioners, GPs and clinicians to help improve outcomes for local people and patients. Our integrated services meet the local Quality Innovation, Productivity and Prevention (QIPP) and best value priorities, providing quality pathways that meet community needs, while also reducing costs.

What's more, our experience of service provision and research is invaluable, ensuring that the communities we work in have a say in the services we provide.

We will help you to:

  • Develop a better understanding of needs within the community.
  • Pinpoint gaps and/or duplication in existing provision - and where crisis points could be averted.
  • Work effectively with partners to develop integrated solutions.
  • Engage with whole communities and involve local people in the planning of services - shaping primary and community care practice so that people are supported within their neighbourhoods.
  • Involve local people and use their experiences and opinions to inform joint strategic needs assessment and commissioning plans, as well as the health and wellbeing strategy.
  • Engage with other commissioners across the public sector to improve the management of long-term and complex conditions.
