Our unique, evidence driven, services draw on our specialist experience to provide a holistic service which addresses each individual's underlying social, economic and health issues, ensuring that every aspect of their support is employment focused, integrated and effective.

Our unique approach

Turning Point Employment provides support via the telephone, face to face and in groups depending on the individual's needs. We deliver end to end and specialist support interventions, enabling individuals to overcome barriers to gaining and sustaining employment.

•  One-to-one & group support focused around training and employment.
•  Information Advice and Guidance.
•  A full assessment of current skills and abilities.
•  Creative, innovative solutions to barriers to work.
•  Creation of CV's, covering letters.
•  Confidence Building & Effective Interview Techniques.
•  Structured Pre-employment Training.
•  Supported access to Employment & Work Experience opportunities

For Work Programme:

•  Talking Therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
•  Personal and motivational coaching
•  Brief drug and alcohol interventions
•  Psychosocial interventions including advice and guidance
•  Job preparation and employability skills
•  In-work support and career counselling.

Outcomes

We know that our specialist approach to employment works. We have consistently exceeded our performance targets and in 2012 we gave more than 600 people nationwide a route back into work.
