Training

Our projects are your gateway to getting more involved in your community. We recruit and train local people to become Community Researchers - so you can provide input into your local services. This means that important decisions really are in your hands.

Our training programme will equip you with the skills you need to work in the community and research the issues faced by local residents.

Our Community Researchers have access to the most marginalised groups - including those with mental health, drug and alcohol problems or long-term conditions, unpaid carers, older people and those who don't normally access or engage services. This means that you can collect the opinions of those people in the community who might otherwise remain unheard.
