Service Redesign

We've worked hard to integrate and streamline our services so that they work better and run more efficiently. Integrated services are not only better for you, but they're more cost-effective for commissioners. 

The service joins together a genuine bottom up, community-led social enterprise with our partners in the neighbourhood management teams and mainstream health, housing and social care services.

Alongside our detailed community-led research, we work together with commissioners to design bespoke, integrated services that embody the following principles:

By working as a team - with commissioners, providers and communities - we can design and develop services and community-led social enterprises. Our aim is to support community members to become more involved in service delivery, while increasing local engagement and accountability.
