Turning Point will give you a say in the decisions that affect your local area because we engage with communities to bring about change in the places that need it most. We listen to what you want, so we can bring improvements in local care, support and service provisions.

Through Connected Care we've established a new way of working with communities. We ensure local authorities can engage with you, their residents. We listen to your needs and use your views to build better partnerships between statutory and voluntary sector agencies.

There are three core elements to our approach:

  • Community engagement and capacity building
  • Integration and service redesign
  • Cost benefits.

We recruit and train local people to work as Community Researchers. This gives you the opportunity to be pro-active in improving the quality of life for yourselves, your friends and family - within the local area.
