If you are a Community Researcher or have been involved in Connected Care projects and would like to find out more about getting involved in the Community Leadership Network:

I felt from the beginning that this project was different, it involved people in the community saying what they wanted and officials telling them what they thought their needs were. The training was very informative and useful and I found that the trainers were very easy to talk to and listened to what was being said.
