Audit Report
Turning Point was commissioned to undertake the project by Lancashire County Council, East Lancashire PCT and the Department of Health. The project has involved speaking to communities living in the selected areas within Burnley to gather their views on the availability of services and how they can be improved. This audit report explains the main findings along with recommendations. From December 2010 to June 2011, 1474 people in the study areas gave their views on local services through questionnaires, interviews, focus groups and community events. This research was carried out by the 25 people. They all lived locally and were trained and supported by Turning Point in their role as Community Researchers. Read the report here.
