Any personal information that is given to Turning Point is treated in strict confidence. The only time we would pass on any information would be if we considered you, or another person, to be at risk.

While we welcome visitors to our services it may not always be possible for you to be shown around premises during busy periods. You are advised to call the service first, speak to the Service Manager and arrange a time that is convenient for both you and the staff at the service.

Every effort is made to ensure that our services are accessible to everyone regardless of ability or disability. If you require disabled access then please contact the service that you want to attend and arrangements will be made so that you can access the building. If arrangements are made to meet you somewhere else other than the Turning Point site you will still have access to the full range of services on offer.
