Richard Kramer - Director of the Centre of Excellence

Richard's role includes raising awareness of Connected Care with commissioners and government, and identifying and developing Connected Care across England.

Nerys Anthony – Assistant Director Centre of Excellence

Nerys works to develop Connected Care externally working with commissioners to introduce Connected Care and disseminating good practice in our key work areas.  She leads on working with commissioners and the community to translate audits into service specifications for new services.

Gemma Bruce- Research Manager
Gemma is responsible for project managing the Connected Care audit process, ensuring the community research is of high quality, and developing and disseminating the evidence base for community-led commissiong more generally.

Kate Jones - Senior Research Advisor

Kate's role involves conducting Connected Care audits across England, developing research tools, and providing support and training to community researchers.

Gavin Owen - Senior Research Advisor

Gavin is based in the Manchester area and is responsible for providing day-to-day support to community researchers involved in the Connected Care audits in Bolton.

Vania Desborough - Service Development Advisor

Vania supports the Centre of Excellence in business development activities. She liaises with commissioners and undertakes marketing initiatives. Vania also maintains financial control and contact systems for the team.
