The Connected Care audit in Bolton has been completed.

Members of the community in Bolton took part by attending Have Your Say Events, completing questionnaires, attending focus groups or were interviewed by a Community Researcher.

The Community Researchers held drop-in sessions at libraries, community centres, with existing community groups, had stands at community events and carried out interviews 1:1 with more vulnerable people.

In Farnworth 749 took part in the audit, in Halliwell 458 and in Deane/Derby 477.

Now that the audit has been completed a report will be produced in Jan/Feb 2009 with recommendations for developing services which the partner agencies across health, housing and social care have agreed to act upon.
