Welcome to the Turning Point Centre of Excellence in Connected Care
Turning Point has established the Centre of Excellence to champion the delivery of Connected Care in England and Wales. The Centre will also promote evidence-based best practice for community engagement and community led commissioning.
Turning Point has published a new report bringing together good practice for community-based social enterprises.
The report has been written by Kate Jones of the Centre of Excellence in Connected Care team and will be launched at the Social Entreprise Coalition on the 4th November.
