Turning Point has established the Centre of Excellence in Connected Care to champion the delivery of Connected Care in England and Wales.

Connecting up your community

The Centre of Excellence works closely with the community and with local commissioners to change the way that health and social care services are designed and delivered. Bringing Turning Point’s skills and experience of working with people with complex needs across the UK, we want to work with you and the community you serve to design the services that are needed.

The Centre of Excellence team are experts in community research and integrated service design. We have developed a range of Connected Care products and services which can be delivered according to the needs of your community.
