Get involved

We want to give you a say in shaping Turning Point. Not only does your feedback help us to improve our services, your stories can also inspire the people we support.

There are lots of different ways you can get involved, whether that's through shaping our strategy, sharing your experiences or influencing and improving the way services are delivered.

In order to engage the community and the people we support we:

  • Support local Involvement Champions
  • Support local Involvement Representatives
  • Implement local involvement plans
  • Hold regular meetings/forums
  • Create local information guides
  • Conduct local and national satisfaction surveys
  • Offer a range of ways to give feedback and voice your opinion
  • Encourage involvement in service planning, monitoring of service performance and the staff recruitment process
  • Provide advocacy support and guidance
