Bradley Report published
The Bradley Report was published on 30 April 2009. The report, written by the Rt Hon Lord Bradley, makes recommendations to Government to improve the treatment of people with mental health problems and learning disabilities who are involved in the criminal justice system.
The Government will consider the recommendations and a response is expected in October this year. Turning Point is interested in the report because we provide services to some people who have a mental health problem or a learning disability and who have had contact with the criminal justice system.
