Turning Point campaigns on the issues that
affect our service users and those that they feel strongly about.
We work to ensure that their voices are heard by government, policy
makers, commissioners, the media and the general public.
Service users play a key role in this work, from contributing to
our research reports, through to commenting on new legislation,
meeting directly with politicians and policy makers and putting
their views across through the media. We are in a fortunate
position, being able to draw on the experience and viewpoint of
almost 130,000 service users we work with each year plus the
expertise of almost 2,000 staff across the country.
